Each year, the Reedy Creek Improvement District conducts business with more than 2,000 vendors, suppliers and contractors that help our employees provide a high level of public services for the 250,000 guests that visit our property every day.
RCID follows industry accepted “best practices” with respect to procurement and contracting initiatives. We competitively bid contracts for services and goods needed in areas like construction and maintenance (buildings, roads, bridges, landscaping, irrigation, etc.), professional services (engineering, legal, architectural, surveying, etc.) and supplies (construction materials, equipment, and consumables).
In addition, RCID owns, operates and maintains office buildings, fire stations and other facilities supporting various technical service functions.
The Reedy Creek Improvement District continually seeks vendors, suppliers and contractors who deliver high quality goods and services at competitive prices.
