From Orlando, take I-4 to the 535/Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista exit. Turn right onto State Road 535. Go to the 1st traffic light (Hotel Plaza Blvd.) and turn left. The RCID Administration Building is the 3rd building on the right, located at 1900 Hotel Plaza Boulevard. |

What services are provided by Emergency Services? |

The Fire Prevention Division provides:
- Building and system inspections
- Pyrotechnic and convention event approval
- Inspection and maintenance of portable and kitchen hood protection systems
- Technical support
- Public education
- Employee training
- 911 and departmental incident communication
- Permits for pyrotechnic shows, conventions, fire detection systems, natural cover control burns, and special events
The Operations Division provides:
- Fire suppression
- Emergency medical treatment and transport
- Related emergency services
- Shared responsibility for building inspections and public education
