How to Obtain EPCOT Building Codes
Construction in the District must be done in accordance with the EPCOT Building code. To obtain a copy of the costs/regulations, click on the Obtaining Codes/Regulations link on the left and then on How to Obtain EPCOT Building Codes link.

How to Obtain Land Development Regulations
These regulations guide permitted land use within the District. For more detailed information, click on the Obtaining Codes/Regulations link on the left and then on the How to Obtain Land Development Regulations link.

Building Permits
Go to the Permit Procedures/Requirements link on the left and then to the Building Permits link for information about requirements relating to Building Permits within the District.

Trailer Installation
For requirements on installing a trailer in the District, go to the Permit Procedures/Requirements link on the left and then to the Trailer Installation link.

Dig Permits
Go to the Permit Procedures/Requirements link on the left and then to the Dig Permits link for information about requirements relating to any digging or excavation in the District. Know the requirements before you dig!

Permit Fees
To obtain fee schedules for all building permits, click on the Permit Fees link on the left.

Utility Rates
The District owns all utility systems within the District. For current rates charged for each utility, go to the Utility Rates link on the left.
